Breaks in Laptur helps you keep rest separate from focused work. When a task is running, use Break to pause the active session for lunch, a walk, a call, or any reset you want to record. The timer keeps the task connected to the same workday, while the pause is counted as rest instead of focused time.
Each break can show when it started, when you resumed, how long it lasted, the reason you entered, and the task it paused. That gives you a clearer view of the rhythm of the day without turning the Work Time page into a crowded report.
Use this page when you want to review whether the day had clean focus blocks or too many interruptions. After checkout, your breaks stay connected to Work Time and Export, so CSV files and printable workday cards can show focused time and break time as separate parts of the same workday.
